LMS/Distance Education Support Coordinator-Northwest Shoals Community College
Led campus-wide LMS transitions from Blackboard to Canvas and from Kaltura to Canvas Studio, improving course consistency and user experience across two campuses. Administer and maintain LMS operations, providing technical support and troubleshooting for faculty and students. Design and deliver ongoing faculty training, including development of an Online Instructor Course to enhance instructional quality and technology adoption. Contributed to the launch and management of a campus VR lab, expanding access to innovative, immersive learning experiences.
