Train-the-Trainer Workshop: Interpersonal & Communication Skills

Context:
Collaborated on the design of a synchronous Train-the-Trainer workshop to improve interpersonal and communication skills in a remote corporate environment.

My Role:
Co-developed instructional content, designed facilitator and participant materials, and contributed to engagement strategies for live virtual delivery.

Designed content for interpersonal skills and communication modules
Developed participant guide with delivery cues and timing structure

Supported a Train-the-Trainer model to ensure scalable and consistent delivery
